Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands

A pictorial record of our visit to Ecuador and the magical Islands of Galapagos in December 2007. Based initially at Quito we visited the highlands north of Quito in the areas of Ibarra and Otavalo before travelling to the Galapagos for a 8 day cruise. On returning to the mainland we crossed the Andes to spend some time in the Amazonian jungle near Tena.
